The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and effectiveness of JOINT COOPERATIVES in rural development of Esfahan province. The main part of data is extracted from the results of Agricultural General Census of 2003 as well as the Statistics of the Vital Events and Rural Facilities in 2003 from the Deputy of Health and Treatment of Esfahan Medical Sciences University. The regression results indicated that there is a low association between rural development indicators and JOINT COOPERATIVES, The only significant relationships existed between COOPERATIVES and indices of rural facilities, employment and demographic characteristics. In addition, the estimated fitness from the structural equation modeling indicated the non confirmation of the model in the examination of the relationship between the indices of the two issues in the research. In general, the results showed that JOINT COOPERATIVES were not successful in the socioeconomic development of their catchment areas; therefore, it is suggested that their activities be reconsidered seriously.

Alarm systems are essential in safe operation of industrial plants. Since many process variables are interacting with each other, so in this paper, an approximate method is introduced to design and analysis of a multivariate alarm system. In this method, the alarm system is designed base on JOINT indices. The JOINT FAR and JOINT MAR are defined for a m-variable alarm system thanks to multivariate Markov scheme. In proposed method, the alarm JOINT indices are defined by solving a Linear Programing (LP) optimization problem. By defining JOINT indices, tuning of the alarm parameters (like, threshold and etc. ) can be done by these indices instead of correlation analysis. In this paper, penalty scenario and Genetic algorithm are used for alarm generation, and parameter optimization in Tennessee Eastman (TE) Process. The results of proposed method are compared with other methods.

The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness and barriers analysis of specialized agricultural trainings for members of rural production COOPERATIVES and agricultural JOINT stock companies in Fars province. The statistical population of this study includes members of rural production COOPERATIVES and agricultural JOINT stock companies in Fars province who participated in specialized agricultural courses of the Rural Cooperative Organization in 1399, which were held online (due to the spread of coronavirus and compliance with health protocols). Of which 129 were studied by simple random sampling using the Cochran's formula. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire and its design is based on internal and external 0. 74-91-91) and its form and content validity using the opinions of academic experts and also based on the construct validity index (AE = 0. 5-5. 68) Was estimated at the desired level. Mean comparison, ranking, and diagnostic factor analysis tests were used to analyze the results. The results showed that in 5 specialized courses held, the main motivation of members to participate in training courses was to meet job needs. Comparing the between them and after the course participants had a higher attitude. The results of the reactive and behavioral characteristics of the members showed that 80 and 82% of the reaction to the training courses were at a medium specialized agricultural courses, exploratory factor analysis was used in 5 general factors (inadequate content of training courses, low participation of members in courses, inadequacy of the management process, cultural problems, and lack of up-to-date trainers) In summary, about 58% of the total variance explained the barriers to effectiveness.

Social Economy includes institutions, COOPERATIVES, mutual entities, unions and associations whose businesses have socio-economic nature. In view of the nature of cooperative societies it may be acknowledged that COOPERATIVES are an example of socio-economic business. Any cooperative society includes as its purpose serving common needs of the members of the society. The needs might vary from accommodation and health services to production, employment and permanent income (with the last one, being typical to Canadian rural area).This essay, through a social economy approach, touches the popular methods of participation in Canadian COOPERATIVES to delve into solutions innovated to tackle social problems. This descriptive-survey-functional study was carried out in 2008 in order to evaluate the satisfaction of COOPERATIVES members of social and economical functions of their COOPERATIVES in the city of Mashhad. The statistical population was all managers and some of the members of the active rural cooperative companies in the city of Mashhad which were respectively carried out as census of managers and stratified sampling of members. The study used two separate questionnaire which their validity were approve through logical validity in form and content and by consulting relative professors and authorities and their reliability was approved by Cronbach alpha coefficient. The findings of the study shows that there were direct and meaningful relation between manager’s personal characteristics such has age, education, management history and the member’s satisfaction of cooperative function. The manager’s method of decision making also affects the member’s satisfaction. On the other hand the amount of member’s satisfaction is increasing in rural COOPERATIVES with improvement of social & economical indexes. The study also shows that in regard of economic indexes the members were mostly satisfied with financial and welfare facilities of the rural COOPERATIVES and in case of social indexes they were pleased with the effect of COOPERATIVES in developing cooperation indexes.

In beginning of formation JOINT COOPERATIVES has characterized several goals about the division agricultural, transmission (division) lands with the exact studies give the basic service for creating the mechanized activities, performing the education and extension, programs combination the for creating the agricultural complementary activities. Presently, none of these goals performed. The JOINT COOPERATIVES have exposed with social, economical and environmental structural obstacles. Function of the JOINT COOPERATIVES is very unsuitable in compared with other exploitation (farming) system. The Jiroft plain is a place in which the JOINT COOPERATIVES have formed (created) after consequence the Islamic revolution. Sample society includes 60 members JOINT of 10 JOINT COOPERATIVES in dehestan jahadabad. The method sampling is casual sampling in this research. Unfortunately, majority of JOINT COOPERATIVES returned to peasantry exploitation at present and subsequently, several problems has created. For example, incompatibility among members, lack participation in performing the infrastructural and agricultural action, cutting the lands agricultural and increasing the number of JOINT members because of the purchasing and devise. Because of these problems we determined to analyze of JOINT cooperative function and his affections on amount of members participation and survival of common activity in future. The result of research demonstrated that performance level and indexes of member living has not increased, amount of cooperation has decreased at present in comparison with beginning of activity because of the unsuitable function of JOINT COOPERATIVES.The common activity survival is confronted with social, economical and environmental structural obstacles.
